$9.2 Million Beverly Hills Home Sold Over The Phone

Investor Vahak Dino Awadisian has purchased a house in Beverly Hills, California, for $9.2 million,
 
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - Nov 11, 2016  -- Awadisian has purchased a house in Beverly Hills, California, for $9.2 million, according to a report. The house is 7,000 square feet with five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a large outdoor pool, according to the sources, the home was purchased over the phone, and was paid in full. The investor has yet to see the house.Awadisian was being investigated by SEC, and investment fraud in state of Alabama has cleared his name from all charges.This is the first time that investor has purchased a house over the phone; Awadisian has reported that this property is a Christmas  gift to his Kids. Awadisian is building a 27,000 square feet home in Bahamas, and the owner of a hotel in Dubai, He has as well showed interest in property in Malibu that's on the market around 21 million, the agency has yet to meet Awadisian in person. but they have been in communication and visits to Bahamas in the past 30 days.Awadisian is reportedly been dating a Hollywood celebrity and they are planning to make Malibu a permanent home. The name of the celebrity has not be reveled yet, but the source are telling TMZ she is currently living outside of USA.
